Today a new error has appeared when starting up RadSystems. Says access to the defaultsettings.bin file is denied. But the file appears to be accessible and I’ve done no changes overnight. This means the application was not given the permission to manage its created folder. In summary, it does not have permission to that folder. Fix that and the error should clear. ---

Yes somehow (maybe a windows update?) an upper folder got marked read-only. Also somehow the file cgi-bin.exe disappeared from my laragon setup, causing all kind of problems. After multiple uninstalls and re-installs I have everything stable again and made a restore point.
