Could not find driver (SQL: select count(*) as aggregate from `table`)

I use licensed Radsystems Vue,

I have exhausted all my resources, tried on php7.3 and 8.0, activated the extension=pdo_mysql in place…
i cannot find out what is the problem

anyone can help?

got it, found out that php was installed in PHP Maker and not in XAMP
