Error update to version 8.7.4

Hello, I wanted to update to version 8.7.4 with the following steps:
1- uninstall version 8.7.0
2- run the installation of version 8.7.4. It didn’t allow me to download the templates.
3- I read in the forum about deleting the following folders:
“C:\ProgramData\RadSystems
C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\RadSystems”

4- enter
Radsysistems installed and download the templates.

5- Then an error message appeared saying:

Note: I have a valid license!

What could I be doing wrong?

Use Revo Uninstaller to remove the software and its residual files then re-install RS 8.7.4.

Perform the operation with Revo Unistaller. I deleted the residual psfiles and it gave me the same error…
