How to clean App Local from old traslations

Hi,
the App Local contains strings and translations that my project no longer uses or because we derive from tests. How to clean up App Local from old translations that are no longer used?

I use RadSystems Studio 8.5.9, Laravel + Boostrap

That you will have to do manually. Currently, the option to clean language files does not exist.
