How to clean up App Locale

Hi,
the “App Locale” (button on Radsystems Studio) from contains strings and translations that my project no longer uses or because we derive from tests. How to clean up App Locale from old translations that are no longer used?

I use RadSystems Studio 8.5.9, Laravel + Boostrap
