How to publish a simple project?

Hello all,
is there a way to learn how to properly install phprad classic 3.4 trial? I can’ publish any project.
Once I install radsystem 3.4 on windows 10 I get the INSTALL QUASAR CLI message. I click the button to install it but a CMD windows open stating “npm is not a recognised as command…”.
After that, when I try to publish a project I get a CMD windows stating that “php is not a recognized command”.
How can anyone at least try phprad classic?

Thanks for this.
At long last I had success installing nodes and adding the php environmental variables.
But I think this should be at least documented in the help system.
My 2c.
