I can´t generate a system

I have downloaded radsystems and installed on Windows 11,

I also install XAMPP, Node.js, Laravel manually and its working fine.

When i try to publish my application using PHP Laravel Classic + Bootstrapp I got an error:

i can´t move forward

Kindly share an English version, check to see that the PHP is version 7 as RAD does not support PHP 8 yet
