I purchased a product on August 11, 2024, but as of now, I have received the product key twice. The first time, it didn’t work, so the team created a new product key. The second time, it still doesn’t work, facing the same issue as before.
What should I do? I am experiencing inconvenience and cannot use the program at all. I have tried contacting through all available channels, but the coordination has been slow. What do I need to do to be able to use the program?
