I can't active product

I purchased a product on August 11, 2024, but as of now, I have received the product key twice. The first time, it didn’t work, so the team created a new product key. The second time, it still doesn’t work, facing the same issue as before.

What should I do? I am experiencing inconvenience and cannot use the program at all. I have tried contacting through all available channels, but the coordination has been slow. What do I need to do to be able to use the program?

I suspect there’s a problem with the installation. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but now I’ve been blocked.

this happens when you say an old license is not working and they give you a new one! once you get a new one they block the old one, so it seems like you are trying to use the first key they gave you my friend! if the second key is not working either its also probably blocked by them!
