I’ve created a master detail view successfully. However, as you’ll note in the image where the red lines are at there’s a link to other pages. I would expect to see the text versus a link. For instance, if you look at gender, I expect to see male or female. However, I see the “Gender” link.
You need to enter/select a field for DisplayText in the master details window.
