Mobile app platform configuration problem

I am using the trial version. I try to use the mobile platform app but it gives me an error:

ANDROID_SDK_ROOT
It seems that I need to configure ANDROID_SDK_ROOT and ANDROID_HOME, but I don’t know where to find the configuration file.
run “javac -version” and it’s 11.0.10. Is it possible to use this version or do you have to use 8?
