Not receiving any license after purchase

I have a monthly subscription where I was using only one license.
in the previous months I purchased a license, and I received the code. and I have activated the first computer.

now my teammate also needs to use RadSystems ,
I added a second lincese im my monthly subscription. I did the payment but till now I have not received the code to activate my teammate’s computer.

When will I receive the second code license?
How do I need to proceed to activate the second computer?

@Humphrey can you please help with this. I sent several emails to support no effect.

Please share your order receipt with , it will be sorted immediately.

Support not responding they the monthly susbscription was renewed even though I don’t have the second license. This is not a good experience for your clients.
