Quasar-Won't Install After Several Attempts

I have installed NodeJS and installed the trial version of RadSystems Edition 7.1.2.

I want to compile a PWA using ASP.NET Core.

When I open RadSystems Edition 7.1.2., I get the prompt to install Quasar. I install it.

When I go to publish, I get a command prompt with an error:

‘quasar’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

I verified quasar is installed by running:

npm init quasar

Quasar comes up as expected.

I close RadSystems Edition 7.1.2. I reboot my machine.

I reopen RadSystems Edition 7.1.2 and it prompts me again to install quasar. I then install quasar again.

When I go to publish again, I get the same command prompt error:

‘quasar’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

What do I need to do to fix this issue?

Thanks!

Solution
After installing it close radsystems studio and reopen it for it to take effect.

Reason
You installed it and it is available on any app that gets launched after the installation, Radsystems was open while it was installed and the environmental variable for the installed quasar was not loaded for radsystems studio.

Unfortunately, after several trys, that didn’t work. I put it aside.

Now, I’ve downloaded 8.1. But, it thinks I’ve “used up” my trial period. But, it never worked.

How can get a valid trial period to see if I can get it working now?

Thanks.
