I downloaded the demo version of RadSystem 7.8.3 and it fails on downloading templates. It says “An error occurred during a WebClient request”

Make sure you have not blocked the internet connection for Radsystems Studio on your firewall or HOST file.

yes I experienced that too in 8.7.3

yes i have same problems, after install cannot download template error 401 unauthorized access

Also, you need to ensure you have a valid license and that the license’s 1 year of free upgrade is still active.

So we cannot try a trial version 8.7.3 ?
We must buy first?

You should be able to test 8.7.3 first and be able to download templates, but I can’t do this either

If it is not working for you it means you have already used a trial version RS before.

If you can’t do that, you have installed radsystems studio before and have gotten a free trial.

I have run a free trial before on my system.

It worked.

But, it told me my trial had ended.
